FOR USA CUSTOMERS:
CAA accepts payment by VISA, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. Shortly after an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email detailing specifics of the order. Orders that are out of stock will be placed on backorder and shipped when available. Credit cards are charged only when item(s) ship.
A fixed cost of $13.95 for shipping will be added to your total during checkout. Free shipping on all orders over $150+. (Excludes: Alaska, Hawaii, Guam and Puerto Rico)
In stock items will typically ship within 1-3 business days (M-F). All packages for continental U.S. addresses are shipped via Ground, and transit times will vary depending on location (Alaska & Hawaii will ship USPS). Please allow up to 72 hours for us to process your order.
CAA USA does NOT ship internationally and all orders must have both billing and shipping addresses located within the 50 United States or District of Columbia. While we proudly support the Members of the US Military and believe that it is a great privilege to service their needs, we must fully comply with all United States export control laws and regulations. If you would like to place a government order for any CAA product(s) to be exported to an APO/FPO please contact one of our Customer Service Representatives to discuss your options.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to their potential strategic value, export of certain CAA USA products, related technical data, and services may be subject to U.S. or other export licensing requirements. The United States and other governments control the export of certain sophisticated technologies, as part of an international effort to combat the proliferation of munitions, weapons of mass destruction and related technologies. As part of the express consideration provided for receipt of CAA's goods, technical data and/or services, you, our customer, acknowledge that the export, re-export or other transfer, directly or indirectly, of the goods, technical data and/or services provided by CAA USA in violation of U.S. law is prohibited. Customers acquiring goods, technical data and/or services from CAA USA shall be responsible for obtaining any necessary U.S. or other government authorization required to ensure compliance with applicable export laws.

WHAT ARE THE TAX RATES?
Because CAA USA has nexus with a number of U.S. states, we are required to collect sales tax on all applicable orders. Since CAA USA is sometimes required to collect city, county and other taxes, the tax rate we charge may be higher than just your sales tax.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your product(s) please call us at +1 (754) 205-9385 x8116. Proof of purchase will be required for any return or exchange. Before returning any items, please contact our customer service for a Return Authorization number (RA). We will not be able to process your return without the RA number. All packages received without an RA# will be refused. Products have to be shipped back in the same condition they were received. We DO NOT accept damaged/used products. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Your satisfaction is of the upmost importance, if you purchased the product directly from us we will gladly replace, exchange, or refund.
If you purchased the product from one of our dealers or distributors, we will only replace manufacturer's defective your product--for a refund you must contact the point of purchase. CAA is not responsible for shipping charges.
